Motorcoach Operator/Driver
We are currently accepting applications for Full Time and Part Time positions.
You will provide our passengers with safe, professional, courtesy service to their destinations, whether it is local or across the country. Drivers are responsible for pre-and post-trip inspections, driving and maneuvering motorcoaches through traffic and tight places in a safe manner without incident, assisting passengers and their luggage, working with a tour guide and itinerary, maintaining accurate vehicle inspections and accurately reporting driver hours and miles driven on paper and in the on-board electronic device.
Qualifications
As a condition of employment all applicants will be required to submit to background checks in additional to DOT and other background verification processes.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills and ability to act in a courteous and professional manner at all times, regardless of the circumstances
- Hold a valid Class A or B, Commercial Drivers License and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- A satisfactory driving record that demonstrates a commitment to safety with no more than 2 moving violations and no accidents within the previous three years and no suspensions, disqualifications, or revocations
- Minimum of two years, verifiable experience operating commercial or large vehicles or verified completion of a qualified, comprehensive driver training program
- Must be able to pass required DOT physical, drug and alcohol tests, and back screen
- Ability to work with others and accomplish goals in a team environment
- Ability to travel, have a flexible schedule, and work weekends
